2. Information you provide
The consultation form asks for your name, email, optional website, preferred date and time, selected service and project brief. When you submit the form, these entries are stored in our website database for our team to review and respond. A unique reference identifies your request. We use temporary, hashed request identifiers for abuse protection; raw IP addresses are not saved by the studio enquiry endpoint.
Once you send an email, send a WhatsApp message, or share a calendar invitation, the information you choose to send is handled through those services and may be received by our team. Avoid including credentials, financial details or sensitive information in your initial brief.
3. Why information is used
Information sent to us is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate consultations, assess project requirements and manage an agreed service relationship. Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary for steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or another lawful basis. Where consent is required, it should be requested for the specific purpose.
4. Website hosting, cookies and analytics
Optional first-party measurement counts page views and contact clicks by page and day after you accept analytics. These counts do not contain names, email addresses or form contents. Successful enquiry submissions are also counted as operational totals. Your analytics choice is saved locally in your browser. Google Analytics remains disabled unless a business measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics. Meta Pixel and heatmaps are not installed. The quiz and slider do not save their selections. The hosting platform may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and security logs, and may use cookies for platform access or authentication. These platform functions are separate from the studio form.
External services may use their own cookies when you open their links. This notice will be updated if studio analytics or additional data collection is introduced.
5. Service providers and external links
Email providers, Google Calendar, WhatsApp and the website hosting platform process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Social media links open external platforms; they are not embedded tracking widgets. Information may be processed outside Indonesia depending on the provider. Any transfers arranged by the studio must follow applicable data-protection requirements.
6. Retention and security
Enquiries and project communications are kept only for as long as needed for their purpose, the ongoing relationship, applicable legal requirements or resolving relevant disputes. Retention depends on the type of record. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Access to information should be limited to authorized people who need it for the work. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share account passwords through enquiry channels.
7. Your requests and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent where relevant, or a copy in an appropriate format. Send a recorded request by email to official@arthakaryadigital.com. We may request proportionate identity verification and explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fully completed.
Indonesian personal-data rights and responsibilities are addressed in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
8. Children and future changes
This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed at children. Contact us if a child’s personal information has been sent in error. We will update this notice when the website’s data-handling features change and display the new update date.
